About Us
With almost two decades' experience in the construction and maintenance fields, Managing Director Roger Downes initially started out with Rotherley Construction and has worked in many of the luxury homes in areas such as Port St. Charles, Sugar Bay, Sugar Hill and Sandy Lane. He was also Property Manager and Head of Maintenance with the Elegant Hotels Group and St. Peters Bay Luxury Residences & Resorts and the Port Ferdinand Marina respectively.
With an entrepreneurial desire to make a name for himself in the field, Roger left his position at the Radisson Hotel to focus on developing Utilicheck Building Inspection & Maintenance.
As a business, Utilicheck took flight in February 2020, constantly diversifying the services that we offer. We work closely with our team to ensure our clients get the best result possible. No request from a client is too small or too big for us to handle!
